Refund policy

digitalfrequencies sells instant digital downloads. Because the files are delivered immediately, refunds are limited.

If a file is missing, corrupted, or you cannot access your membership after a successful payment, message us on Instagram with your order email. We will replace the file or refund the purchase if we cannot deliver it.

Change-of-mind refunds after a completed download are not offered.
